the location was acceptable being near many shops and cafes.

I was disappointed with the room i got. it felt smaller than advertised online and had a distinct musty odor i found quite unpleasant. also, the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear street noise late into the night and early in the morning.

this place got a good spot close to cool stuff. i walked to the louvre without trouble and there were metro stops super nearby. the lebanese place right on the street was awesome. i liked that it was quieter at night, so i slept well. the staff helped me get my bags to the room fast.

the nespresso machine pods in the room were not replaced one day. it wasnt a big deal because cafés are close.

the hotel provides good access to transport links, with the metro and rer stations quite close, easily accessible on foot, it has proximity to various restaurants, shops, and galleries, easily walkable in this neighborhood.

staff greets guests with a friendly hello, also, they gave me a map and pointed out what i should see. the staff was helpful at reception, both during the day and night and they offered to check me in prior to 2pm on the computer.

the staff was friendly. the location was very good with main attractions and good restaurants within walking distance from the building. i liked that i could reach everything by foot.

the room was not quiet. the sound isolation was not the best, so I could hear noises from the street and other rooms, a disruption. the tv did not have many english channels.
